Trust Trade is an online directory that connects customers with verified trades. We provide information and contact details of trades in your area but are not a party to any agreement between you and a trade.

2. Information on Trades

Trust Trade verifies information provided by trades at the time of onboarding.
We cannot guarantee that licenses, insurance, or certifications remain current or valid at all times.
You are responsible for making your own checks before hiring a trade.

3. Customer Responsibility

You engage trades listed on Trust Trade at your own risk.
All quotes, agreements, payments, and outcomes are strictly between you and the trade.
You are responsible for confirming the trade’s suitability, qualifications, and insurance before work begins.

4. Limitation of Liability

Trust Trade acts solely as a directory service.
We do not supervise, control, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any trade’s work.
We are not liable for:
- Poor workmanship, damages, or delays,
- Personal injury, property loss, or financial loss,
- Any disputes between you and a trade

5. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trust Trade, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses (including legal fees) arising out of your dealings with a trade.

6. Privacy & Data

Trust Trade collects and stores information you provide to help connect you with trades.
Your enquiries are sent directly to the selected trade.
We will not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. Amendments to Terms

Trust Trade may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect once published on our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

9. Agreement

By using the Trust Trade website, you confirm that:

You agree to use the platform at your own risk, with Trust Trade having no liability for the services you receive.
